Ask4Offer.Net provides Registered Users several different membership options. The availability of these membership options is dependent upon the Registered User’s status as a Client or a Company/Freelancer the selections made during registration.

Client

All Clients register FREE accounts, post projects, search for Service Providers, communicate with Companies/Freelancers,negotiate with Companies/Freelancers, award projects to Companies/Freelancers, manage projects, leave feedback for Companies/Freelancers, and pay Companies/Freelancers.

Companies/Freelancers

Company/Freelancer can choose from “Basic”, “Premium”, and “Ultra” membership options. The differences between these options are listed in “Our Rates” section.

Each membership option includes a certain number of “bids.” As described on the Website, a Company/Freelancer uses bids to submit quotes for Projects. We reserve the right to change membership fees, the monthly number of bids included in the membership options or institute new fees at any time, at the sole discretion of Ask4Offer.Net and upon reasonable notice posted in advance on the Website. No refunds of membership fees already paid will be given. If we exercise our right to cancel a membership as provided under these Terms of Service, at any time, we will not refund the membership fee already paid.

Anyone may create an account with ask4offer.net at no charge.

Freelancers and companies service providers must purchase membership to take full advantage of site’s features. In order to purchase your yearly membership, please register with us and logon to your account. You will be given directions on how to make payment via our secure server.
